The Naked Brothers Band are heading to New Orleans on their first national rock tour. Their new 90 minute movie “Polar Bears” premieres June 6th at 8 PM. The theme of the movie is climate change with the band witnessing the aftermaths of Hurricane Katrina.
After Alex watches the movie “An Inconvenient Truth” the band comes together to raise money and awareness for the environment and in particular for the polar bears who are on the brink of extinction.
“Polar Bears” also includes the debut of three of the bands latest songs, ‘I’ve Got a Question’; ‘Flying Away,’ written and performed by Nat Wolff; and ‘Why,’ written and performed by Alex Wolff. Two additional songs, ‘Eventually’ and ‘I’ll Do Anything’ will also be featured in the episode. Both songs were written and performed by Nat.

On Marc h 15th, Miranda Cosgrove, Alex Wolff and Nat Wolff (Naked Brothers Band) and Lil’ JJ attended the grand opening of Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America. Here are some fabulous pictures of the event.

The launch of Nickelodeon Poland will happen on June 1st. It will broadcast daily via cable and digital and will include a mix of international content from Nickelodeon’s animation portfolio. Shows like Dora the Explorer, Blue’s Clues, Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, Drake and Josh and Unfabulous will air. They will also get to see the Kid’s Choice Awards when they air next year.
“The launch of Nickelodeon Poland is a real landmark for us and completes our five-channel portfolio of MTVNI brands in Poland,” said Bhavneet Singh, the managing director and senior VP of emerging markets for MTVNI. “Nickelodeon is the world’s premier entertainment brand dedicated exclusively to kids and we’re really keen to further expand the brand footprint across the region providing viewers and clients alike with a meaningful and engaging multimedia offering. Our Polish team have done a tremendous job in creating what will no doubt become the go-to destination for Polish kids both on and off air.”
I think this is very exciting news! Get ready kids in Poland for some good TV.
