The Naked Brothers Band are heading to New Orleans on their first national rock tour. Their new 90 minute movie “Polar Bears” premieres June 6th at 8 PM. The theme of the movie is climate change with the band witnessing the aftermaths of Hurricane Katrina.
After Alex watches the movie “An Inconvenient Truth” the band comes together to raise money and awareness for the environment and in particular for the polar bears who are on the brink of extinction.
“Polar Bears” also includes the debut of three of the bands latest songs, ‘I’ve Got a Question’; ‘Flying Away,’ written and performed by Nat Wolff; and ‘Why,’ written and performed by Alex Wolff. Two additional songs, ‘Eventually’ and ‘I’ll Do Anything’ will also be featured in the episode. Both songs were written and performed by Nat.
Miranda Cosgrove is an amazing and talented actress. I loved her the first time I saw her on “Drake and Josh”. Miranda is giving all aspiring actors and actresses, who might be Popstar! readers some acting advice. Listen up! She knows what she’s talking about.
The iCarly CD is being released on June 10th! It includes Sean Kingston ‘Beautiful Girls’, Good Charlotte ‘I Don’t Wanna Be in Love’ and Avril Lavigne ‘Girlfriend’ and four songs by Miranda: ‘Leave It All to Me’, ‘Stay My Baby, ‘About You Now’ and ‘Headphones On’.
Miranda Cosgrove’s music video “Leave It All To Me” will be premiering on Nickelodeon May 24th at 8 pm during a brand new episode of iCarly. The video includes Drake Bell, as we all know! Here’s a behind the scenes look of the video.
On Saturday, May 24th, Jesse McCartney will make a guest appearance on the very popular dance show “Dance on Sunset”. He will perform his song “Leavin’”, which I love!
