iCarly’s Miranda Cosgrove has signed a deal with Columbia Records as part of the global partnership between Nick and the Sony Music Label Group. What’s up first for Miranda? The iCarly Playlist, which will feature songs from the popular iCarly Teen Nick series. Other artists involved include Natasha Bedingfield and Avril Lavigne. The album will be released on Tuesday, June 10th.
iCarly iPlaylist will debut four original songs performed by Cosgrove, including the series’ theme song, “Leave It All to Me” (featuring Drake Bell), which recently charted on the Billboard Hot 100. The hit song currently averages a four-star rating with customers on iTunes, as well as charting on the music store’s Pop chart for 11 consecutive weeks. The new album also will feature songs inspired by iCarly from top artists like Lavigne, Bedingfield, Good Charlotte, Sean Kingston and a brand-new, exclusive song from The Naked Brothers Band, stars of the Nick hit live-action series of the same name.

On Marc h 15th, Miranda Cosgrove, Alex Wolff and Nat Wolff (Naked Brothers Band) and Lil’ JJ attended the grand opening of Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America. Here are some fabulous pictures of the event.

The launch of Nickelodeon Poland will happen on June 1st. It will broadcast daily via cable and digital and will include a mix of international content from Nickelodeon’s animation portfolio. Shows like Dora the Explorer, Blue’s Clues, Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, Drake and Josh and Unfabulous will air. They will also get to see the Kid’s Choice Awards when they air next year.

I think this is very exciting news! Get ready kids in Poland for some good TV.
This is the first I have heard of this movie starring Josh Peck. It’s called ‘The Wackness‘. Here’s the trailer:
Looks interesting doesn’t it? It’s good to see Josh Peck in a movie! Here’s the plot summary according to IMDB:
“Story, set in 1994, centers on a troubled teenage drug dealer and a drug-addled psychiatrist — after the former trades pot for therapy sessions, then falls for the doctor’s daughter.”
